I recommend you 2 cities from ROMANIA, BRASOV - from where you can see mountains, and CONSTANTA, if you wanna get to the Black Sea. Beautiful cities and even more beautiful country. What about yours?

Yes, i'm romanian too. Agree, i've been to Sibiu last year and it is indeed a beautiful city, nice people, clean. And it was chosen to be The Cultural Capital od Europe in 2007. This should make us very proud as nation.

szeged - Szeged is the city of sunshine.
I can not wait to visit to Romania. I hope we will go in this spring or summer. I still do not know which city I should go to. I would rather go, to Oradea, Satu Mare, maybe Brassov, and such cities which were the part of Hungary before 1915. I really wonder them. But probably one trip willnotbe enough. In Hungary I invite everybody to Szeged, where I live. I show a picture. www.szegedvaros.hu I would like suggest you to visit Pecs, Visegrad, Sopron.

God choice, traveling to Romania - there are so many beautiful places to visit, Transilvania, Maramures... if you want to go to Brasov go even further, to Poiana Brasov - you will se some beautiful landscapes, ensemble views of Brasov, indescriptible in words... Sibiu is another beautiful city and it was chsen to be The Cultural Capital in Europe in 2007... Sighisoara, where we have every year a medieval festival (we were there last year and i think that we're going this year to). Well, maybe we'll meet sometimes since me and my group of friends get toghether, traveling frequently through Romania... I've checked the website mentioned by you, i know that Hungary is also a beautiful country with many places to visit.

Insted of telling you about USA, let me know about Constanta. Is it safe. I want to add some places in Europe to my trip. I was told that Romania is not safe. Is it true?

Sorry for my late answer, it's not a question of Romania not being safe. I'll say that first of all Romania is a very beautiful country with many places to visit and admire other that the usual promoted ones, like Brasov - Valea Prahovei for mountains and Constanta - Mamaia at the Black Sea. There is Transilvania, Moldova, Valea Oltului... It's true however that foreig citizens can be an atractive "target" to crooks but no more than in any other country... I would say that Romania is in fact a rather peaceful country with kind helpful people, a must visit destination.

I will say you must visit Himachal pradesh and Kerala two states of India known for their natural beauty. They are amazingly beautiful.I would have added Kashmir but Due to terrorism its better not to go there.Even Vishakhapatnam which is the only place in India which has sea and mountain next to each other.

I come from Malaysia. Rather unique, eh? I recommend visiting the WHOLE country. Lol it's just amazing. But Kuala Lumpur, my country's capital is worth it. A melting pot of various cultures and an awesome cosmopolitan. The famous Petronas Twin Towers are here. Besides, it's Visit Malaysia Year 2007, in conjunction of our nation's 50th independence anniversary. There are lots of events organized by the government to attract visitors. =)

I want to visit Romania - it is on my list of places to go. Thanks for the tips. It is hard to pinpoint places in the USA - it is so vast! I think my favorite city is Sedona in Arizona - it is incredible with the towering red rock sandstone and beautiful canyons. It is a short drive to Grand Canyon from there as well. I would say next would be Seattle, Washington - the "Emerald City" which has a very international feel. Take the ferry on the Puget Sound to Victoria Island, British Columbia, BC. Hang out in Victoria for a few days and drive across the island - catching the Canadian ferry to Vancouver, British Columbia - another beautiful city and then make your way back down to Seattle for a nice get away weekend.

i have known that you loving landscapes so much thru those photos at your profile. So , i recommend you 1 south province from China, which has more bigger area than whole Romania, its called YunNan .there are uncountable amazing landscapes in Yunnan.for examples, old downtowns, mountains, most important place i have to recommend is LiJiang River, if you have a travel of YunNan,im sure that you will get a completely different feeling than traveling in Europe

Well i haven't been around much but of the few places I have visited in the USA that i found soething i liked was in Seattle Washington, I like the Pike place where they sell food and stuff and make a big deal wbout throwing and catching fish that was really cool....an so many different cultures made it just the more better. Another place i visited in Washington and not even exactly sure of the name but think there pretty well knoen for it was a science museum thingy,,,,,it was very hands on as far as nventions, and lots of education FUN stuff for children to do. Oh i guess if i were not froms San Antonio Texas i would probably enjoy the Institue of Texan Cultural, Witte Musem, the River Walk and the Alamo but i have been so many times it isn't as interesting to me anymore, but take my son down there and it fascinates him.
