My legs are sore!

Last night at my training session I had to do 5 sets of 10 Bulgarian split squats on each leg. It was really reeeeeeally hard to get through and I was afraid of how I was going to feel in the morning when I woke up.
This morning I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't feel so bad. I jumped out of bed, got in the shower, got dressed, and generally did my thing. As the morning wore on at work, though, the soreness started to creep in. I am up and down a flight and a half of stairs several times during the day and it became more difficult to walk DOWN the stairs each time I had to do it.
Now that it is the evening, I am straight up sore. It hurts to walk anywhere at all. It was too good to be true this morning!

Take a hot bath in epsom salt! And drink a cocktail. That'll help.

I find squats to be the most painful form of exercise, both while I'm doing the squats and afterwards.
