Depression at bay!

Hi Folks, In day to day life,situations of Depression,do happen,from time to time.You may be having everything going for you,even then one can get a bit depressed sometimes.Self esteem goes for a toss.At this point this time,we feel quite down,dont feel like doing anything. At this time,the last thing one likes to think of is Activity through Exercise. A pleasant surprise,here.Studies say Exercise helps,a lot! Can actually help you feel better. Research further suggests, performing an exercise program 30 minutes a day, 4-5 times a week, may help keep depression at bay and improve self-esteem. Next time I am down and out,would surely try this. Mahesh(mgeet111)

I definitely agree with this! I started going to the gym 7 days a week a few months ago - am losing weight, toning up and feeling great. I would suggest it!

This is not depression. This is laziness. When one feels depressed he will not have any desire to do anything.
