I have come across so many abanded houses in the area I live. They all look in decent shape too. Seems like a big waste to me, if they can be fixed up. If I had the money, I would be very happy fixing them up. It would be a great project to make affordable housing for single people and, also familes. As finding a place to live is getting really crazy expensive. I would need to make some money back to keep the business going. But I would not rip people off. They would not be in debt for a life time.
