One of the villages in Kerala state (South Indian state) is to become Kerala’s first complete yoga village. It was interesting to learn how they hope to set a national record. The project is launched with the help of a yoga centre attracted the attention of churches, temple and social organizations. The panchayat will give free training in yoga to all people in the village. Their aim is to make yoga an integral part of lifestyle. Their slogan is ‘eat, pray, do yoga’. They are campaigning 30 minutes yoga along with daily prayers.
I think it is high time that people should take care of health by doing regular exercise or yoga. Yoga can be done very good in every one’s life. Finding time is more important and doing it with regular basis.
How many of you are interested in doing regular exercise and yoga?

i cannot do strenuous exercises because i have an ailing heart.

@Sreekala You are right. Because without peace. There would be no balance in what you do.
