Energy something that is often taken for granted until you have none. Here lately I haven't had any energy. My health isn't the greatest but I crash every day which isn't an option with two little ones running around.
I have thought about trying some of those energy supplements. I looked in the green products from itworks but it has a lead and may cause cancer warning and I think I will take my energy level over that any day!
What do you do for no energy?

I drink iced green tea. Natural caffeine and it is a safe to drink all day unlike coffee.

I haven't tried that for my energy. I am so not a fan of coffee but I do like my tea. I use to order iced green tea from starbucks all the time but I haven't gone there in forever.

@farbuoloxusy Coffee knocks me out haha so I normally just have tea to wake me up. It is so easy to make yourself as well haha

I've found that taking a B-complex multi-vitamin gives me a big energy boost. I don't know if that would work for everyone. Vitamin D is also supposed to help, especially because most of us are deficient in it at this time of the year.

I thought about a b vitamin but haven't tried yet. Maybe I'll get it added to my store list.

Most people don't seem to know what to do about this. It is not something I experience. We take some natural supplements and eat plenty of fruits and veggies. Why would lead be in any product?

No doubt people differ in their energy supplements. I prefer Brazilian coffee only Just a cup but not more than that. The taste remains for the whole day. Once we taste it we do not prefer any other one.
