Being a follower doesn't necessarily mean that you don't use your brain or need to think about what the task is that you need to accomplish. But, I can see how being a leader would require you to problem solve and deligate a bit more. Thanks very much for responding to my discussion leyahann!

I'm a follower. I can take instructions well, but I'm not the assertive type or decisive enough to lead.

Leader.I've always been head strong and stubburn, not good at taking orders at all.Nope,I march to the beat of my own drummer. If someone wants me to do something thier best bet is to ask and I'll probably do it.Don't TELL me to do anything unless you want a arguement on your hands and it not to get done. For those reasons any boss I've ever had has found it's easier just to put me at something I can do by myself and let me do it.

i am more of a leader... i am not so enthusiastic about following people... even if they are right!
ever heard the saying:
"its better to reign in hell than to serve in heaven"

Learning about yourself, your strengths and weaknesses, will certainly help you to become a leader. What am I doing to improve myself? Well, I've learned to take criticism better by viewing it as a chance to step outside of myself and allow others to enlighten me. I'm a student of life which means I am always willing to learn from my experiences and from others.
