Im 26, my girlfriend is 24, and she wants to join at 12. Should I?

The problem is that she is really inexperienced with this kinda stuff. I play elder scrolls online with my girlfriend. I recently just made a new account and the level is a low 26. So gaining isn't really gonna take that long. My other lady friend wants to join the group so she can boost a little off of us. I feel like she is only gonna slow me down. She may not even play many times. Shes just excited to have friends to play with.
