How to loose weight?? Any suggestions. I have a wedding coming up.

You have to have some carbohydrates to be healthy but most people eat way too many. Avoid rice, noodles, bread and sweets. Eat more protein, more vegetables. Reduce your sugar intake and exercise a little more if you can. You'll see those pounds come off!

Drink lots of water, exercise and watch what you eat. Try eating within your daily calories. Yeah, simple, I know

The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat healthy and exercise regularly. Healthy is a lifestyle, not a diet. Diets don't work, pills don't work, and surgeries only work if you follow the strict rules that go along with it.

Drink water as much as you can.. it will also give you a very glowing skin.. and also start eating salad in place of oily food
