I had whole body twitching for a few minutes Guess why ?

Its due to anxiety or worrying , that too when the twitching started i was riding my vehicle , both my fingers twitched and i couldn't control the vehicle . Fortunately i slowed down and was able to recover . So the moral of the story is " Always be relaxed while driving !!

That sounds awful. I know my uncle has a nervous twitch when he drives takes to my grandma freaking him out when he was learning driving.
At least you were able to calm down and stayed safe.

I mean i guess people cant always be relaxed when driving since people get road rage, and are sometimes rushing because of bein late when behind the wheel.. but glad you are fine
