throat infection

My throat is blocked

My voice is low and weird , i just gargled with salt water , it was of no use . Its summer time i dont know why all this is happening . That too my exams are approaching , i wish i could regain my health back so that i can prepare for my exams well .

Seriously it is worst , i cant speak well , and sometimes it itches in the throat . So frustrating some times
