How many of you have tried this famous 'Rule of 21' ? I first came to know about this from the best seller book ' The monk who sold his ferrari'. Any bad habit you want to quit or any good habit you want to adopt, this is the proven rule. Personally I treid this, to quit smoking habit of long 11 years, and I succeeded. The rule is to follow your desired habit for 21days at a stretch with determination and success is guaranteed. Any experience....?

I don´t smoke at all but I try the 21 days method with other things I have in mind. It can work if you don´t have too much distraction and I have a lot of that for sure.

Everything is our mind game, once mind is controlled, all is possible.

@sidache I am getting there though but I get a lot of distraction around me so its tough to keep to it. One is trying to do Qigong the Eight Brocades and I can only do pieces of it as I get interrupted again and again. Because you are supposed to do it from the heart and not from the head. Very frustrating but I am still persisting.
