Street children :who are they?

I use to see a lot of street children wandering every where. But U can not understand from where they come and why they live on roads.
Are they all orphans.
If they orphans why there is not any facilities for those type human beings.
Have you seen such type children?

In every corner of the world there's an orphan. It's the result of irresponsible parenting.

@dhoyalahoy I think you are rude and insensitive. And you said that orphans are the 'result of irresponsible parenting'. That's pretty unambiguous. You didn't say 'some' are the result. I think it's you who has the problem attitude, not me.

Many of them will not be orphans but either their parents can't afford to keep them or they have run away from abusive relatives.

Some of those are abandoned by their parent due to poverty and some have no names of their parents.
