Hope everyone has had a good weekend. The weather here has been great, as we are now into spring. I made stuffed hamburgers last night. I kept it simple and, stuffed them with mozzarella cheese. But what I tossed into the ground beef, really made the burgers tasty. It is great now that bbq season is back in action. Tonight I am cooking prime rib steaks that, I have been tenderizing since last night. Along with cesar salad, I made homemade croutons for it. Also last but not least red potatoes. I did some spring cleaning this weekend, I only touched the tip of the ice burg. So much to do and, only so little time to do it. I am happy that I have been able to start hanging my laundry on the line again. It really does cut down on the cost. The good thing about this week is that it is a short work week. Due to Easter being this upcoming weekend. Everyone don't work to hard this week!
