The feeling of Jealousy is very bad. It is a feeling having the 'Greed' as it's root. The characteristic of jealousy requires two things. One who possesses something and the other who does not possess but longs for it though not competent. The Feeling to have something others have got and a feeling of not having those things leads to depression. One does not try to have those things and even after one's best efforts the no chances of getting them makes one feel lonely. Everything becomes artificial in life. One can not move freely but forcibly, one can not watch a movie and enjoy the company of friends, one can not appreciate others for their success. Everything becomes artificial and even if they smile, the face does not cover its artificial nature. He avoids food, he can not move freely with others, he wants to remain alone always thinking about his inability and weeps over one's own misfortune.This depression as we all know will be proved fatal ultimately. Hence, feeling jealousy is not good for our own health. It does not improve the situation but leads to one's own downfall.
