Another job lost.

For some reason my brother has never been able to keep a job.
He's a large guy. Just picture a motorcycle biker tatted up and all. He seems to work fine when I do things with him, but he is always seeming to be let go of places. He tells me that hes never really given much a reason. He can always just tell when a manager doesn't like his appearance. I wish I could help him out.
One thing that really erks me is that companies ask for you to give them 2 weeks notice. So they can fill the position before you leave. As if you care?
Where is my brothers' 2 weeks notice? He has to fill the income somehow? It's quite the double standard.

Does he has a contract? He could refer to that and question them back if it's stated there.
Still no matter what they shouldn't judge him based on his appearance. Unless the job requires him to have a particular look, like being decent, he can look as he please. Just because someone looks like a saint doesn't mean he's one.
