$4000 on Rubber Band !!!

Just went through a post which says that Pablo Escobar had so much o money that he spent $4000 on rubber band to wrap the stacks of cash.
Could you imagine? Have you ever seen people with so much of wealth (keeping aside the way he got it)?
For those who don't know Pablo was a Colombian drug lord, drug trafficker, and narco-terrorist. Check out his picture.

Wow 4000 on rubber bands. That's a lot so imagine what all the stacks of money look like.

You misunderstood mam.
He needed to buy so many rubber bands that it cost him around $4000.
Its not a single, he bought a large number of rubber band.
And the usage for this rubber bands was to tie his money.
Could you imagine how much money would he have acquired which needed $4000 worth of rubber band to tie.
