What do you do for fitness?

What do you like doing for body fitness? My sister and I like running for fitness and weight loss. Most of the time we do it on daily basis every evening. She is very serious about getting slimmer. I like motivating her so that she can burn that fat and keep fit and I can see her progress on the same. This picture is of her after today’s running workout.

As of right now I haven't been doing to much fitness besides dancing. That is a lovely photo. I hope to get motivated and start back working out.

@EMuhungi _Some use headphones when they go out to jog/run. I prefer the quiet and stillness of the early morning (5:30 A.M.) as I make my run around the forested area near my home.

Your sister is lovely and doesn't look as if she needs to lose any weight! I can't do much with my arthritis, scoliosis, and respiratory distress. I stretch when I can and try to move as much as possible. I'm way too fat and have to get serious about losing it. After tomorrow I will. Tomorrow my ex and his wife are having a special dinner for me so that will be my last indulgence. When you can't move around much you tend to eat too much of the wrong things and I will at least fix that!

Your sister looks very fit.... Me, I'm a bit (lot) out of shape, but I've started a walking program to get fit and lose some of my excess weight. I'm training to walk 13 K in two hours in June...wish me luck.
