I love my apartment. It's an old building, a 104 year old duplex. I knew that a previous tenant, a member of my landlord's (my niece and her Dad) family was violently murdered in the apartment. I've seen him before. I had never met him when he was alive, but described him perfectly to my niece and her Dad shortly after moving in. It kind of freaked them out. Lately, both my dog and I, have, at the same time, noticed the smell of cigarette smoke. I don't have many people in my house, so it isn't that. I don't hang around smokers and don't go out in public very much. So it has to be him. I saw him smoking once when I first saw him, almost two years ago but had never smelt it before. I have seen ghosts before. As long as they are mellow, I don't have a problem with it.
