Availed strawberries.... / myLot

Hubby brought a good quantity of straw berries four days before. Kids ate some strawberries while today I planned to make homemade strawberry ice cream without ice cream churned. I used condensed milk, evaporated milk, fresh cream and pried strawberries. I blended all of the ingredients and freeze it in air tight containers. I will be beating the mixture again after ten hours and will be keeping in freezer for some more hours. I hope it comes out well. My kids are super excited to taste it. As I have made some more flavors earlier too.

Nice! We just went strawberry picking yesterday and have no idea what we will do with all the strawberries. Ice cream would be great except we've never made it before . . . so all of this was hand mixed and frozen? I'd love to try this! Enjoy your ice cream!

That sounds delicious, I'm sure it will taste great as well! I love strawberries, and I love the fact that it's strawberry season again. I've missed this fruit so much.
