Thanks, then it could be some issue need to be fixed by mylot team.
I do not pm much, but when needed this was a problem I came across

@vijay_2016 once you start typing something & then tap the down or back button on your screen pad, the send message option is visible for me
in the lower left corner. I'm using a Moto phone, and I just sent you a test message too. This worked for me.

@Mass_Sonu may be depends on screen size, mine is 4.5 inch screen.

I believe that this problem has already been reported to @mylotbugs. If so, then this is a reminder, and if not, then this should serve as a notification to him.

Oh thanks owlwings for letting mylotbugs know, just in case it is not known. However this May not be very serious issue as I don't use pm very often

@vijay_2016 The issue doesn't occur on a tablet with a larger screen than a phone. I can use the message function on my 7" tablet just fine. I believe that I can also access the 'Send' button successfully if I use a Bluetooth keyboard paired with my phone (I haven't tried it recently but, since it doesn't bring up the onscreen keypad, it's likely that it will work).

@owlwings yes it could be, my screen is smaller one 4.5 inch. As the screen increases we don't see isuue.

Yes not a problem in big screen devices. Mobile devices with small screen size having this problem. Thanks for he response.
