United Airlines already have past scandals before the Dr. Dao scandal

I know what happened to Dr. Dao had outraged the public but he is not the only victim of this very "customer friendly airlines". I found some old news articles about scandals that happened within the airplanes of United. A customer got stunged by a Scorpion! Yup I am not kidding a man got stunged by a scorpion inside an airplane of this company. He thought it is a lobster that came out of nowhere until it stung him. We know scorpions can be deadly and many humans got killed by this animal in forests not inside an airplane. They forced a 94 year old grandma who paid for business class to transfer to economy flight. We pay for an business class seat because it is more comfortable and economy class can be stressful. Pets have more expensive flight fair.
