Dragged off MyLot

My husband dragged me off myLot to take me for a spin in our sportscar.
He told me it was too beautiful out to be cooped up inside the house. He was right! It was so sunny and warm today, that we put the top down with the press of a button and were off to the countryside through windy roads,
I got rewarded for being pulled off myLot with a delicious hot fudge sundae, with extra fudge and mounds of whipped cream. Of course, I requested three cherries on top. I was pleased that our favorite farm fresh ice cream stand was open on Easter.
I don't think I can eat dinner tonight.
So how was your day/Easter?

Good although I was working...but that probably made it better as we had some good times today

Sorry you had to work, but at least you had some fun to make the day pass more quickly.
That's an SL 500 or something AMG. It's our fun car. We are buying a large sedan this month. My husband seems to like the big Lexus, but I'll take anything.

@Mike197602 My husband bought the car in Florida. I tol him it was a stupid car to have, since we'd never be able to pick up guests at the airport. Forget about their luggage. So, we had it shipped home. We had a regular, not AMG in 2001. It was very impractical, especially in the snow. Now, we don't have to worry about snow anymore.
We've had four Mercedes larger cars, one a sedan. We are going to take one more look at Jags and Mercedes before we buy. We bought a Lexus to keep in Florida, and my husband loves the way it drives. We also trade in our cars every 3 years or so, so aren't concerned about the style changes. The Lexus SL 600 is awesome, btw.

it's a serious machine
My sis just went from normal to AMG's and they are really very nice looking cars
I like to look but even if I had the money I wouldn't buy as I like small cars such as old shape minis
I have a habit of hitting stationary objects so won't ever buy a very expensive car
PS...lexus models are dated pretty fast.
Mercedes are always ahead of the times in terms of design and equipment so personally I'd stick with them.

It was a beautiful day for a sportscar ride. My Easter was uneventful. I celebrated on Saturday.

We went to Easter brunch it was over priced and under good but it was fun to be with my son and his family and a couple grandsons. I would have liked the sundae better I think, what town is it in? My godson is moving down to Westport.

Sounds like the perfect way to spend Easter. I love going for drives on the back roads. Those are favorite kind of days. The sundae sounds like it was delicious.

@Happy2BeMe My husband is giving me 15 minutes and then ordering Chinese food of all things! Lol! Enjoy your hockey game. If you don't see me tomorrow, I'll be in the hospital getting my stomach pumped!

The car in the picture looks awesome. I hope you would have enjoyed your ride thoroughly and you would not have mind riding the car at the cost of mylotting.
