unicorn frappucino?!

Apparently tomorrow through Sunday, Starbucks will be serving "Unicorn Frappuccinos". These are brightly colored pink/blue/purple swirled mango creme Frappucinos with a dusting of sour flavored colored powder on top. They're sweet at first, then when they are stirred, the color changes and the flavor gets more tart. I have no idea if I want to try one or not. I don't buy a lot of Frappuccinos (a small one is around $5!), and I don't know if this new limited time creation is awesome or horrifying. What do you think? Would you try one?

@spiderdust AI havent been in fast food for a long time after I get to steal their recipes online. Many Youtubers managed to reverse engineer them.

@CaptAlbertWhisker That's a recipe for SLIME! It uses glue and paint and contact solution! I don't think you'd want to drink that.

Good plan! They aren't supposed to be around very long anyway, so I'm sure people are going to try to reverse engineer the recipe so they can enjoy them for longer.

@paigea Possibly. It depends on what syrups you use, what size, what milk is used, etc.

Noticed this mentioned on Swagbucks today. Would not be for me, but some might like it @spiderdust

I missed that discussion... was it related to a survey?

I'm not usually a fan of sour things, so I probably wouldn't like it. I don't get to Starbucks very often anyway, but when I do, I really enjoy their iced coffee.

That's usually my go-to drink (the iced coffee).

@Lupita234 I tried one yesterday, and split it up among myself, the adults, and the kids. It wasn't bad, and the color changing aspect was interesting, but I don't think I need to get it again.

My girlfriend told me about these this morning. I'd probably try one.

@spiderdust - I don't know. I guess that name might be one thing that would keep me from trying it.

I do wonder why everything with a pink/blue/purple combo is called "unicorn" these days.

I lived in the pacific northwest for my childhood and most of my teen years. I drank a lot of Starbucks, but this is probably something I will pass on.

Yeah, there's absolutely no coffee in this at all. I imagine it's like drinking Sour Patch Kids flavored whipped cream with a straw.

@Lupita234 It was interesting. The sour powder was really tart.

No, I would surely not try one, I am not tempted at all, this sounds awful and I hate dyes in food.

We don't even have Dunkin Donuts in my area, but I do frequent Starbucks. I'm usually just a coffee person though. I had Frappuccinos a few times back when they only had the coffee ones, but these coffee free ones are like overpriced milky slush.

As unhealthy as it looks, I would want to try it at least once
