Media's judgement before Judicial Hearing?

Media brings young talent and make them celebrity. It is a great thing. Is it right? Many media shows victim as criminal. That person were marked as criminal by media but court release them afterwards and declare them as not criminal. But how the victim face the society.He won't get good job and good life. What is the solution for this?

There's always the so called trial by publicity on the part of some media practitioners. The court has the sole power or authority to pass judgment on whether or not a person is guilty or not guilty.

Yeah...I agree. But now a days real criminals are not guilty for their wrong doings.

yes, in today's world 'media' is working just for making 'news' and topics interesting. They don't care whether for that they are spoiling someone's life or making it miserable. They just want publicity at any cost. 'Entertainment' has totally a different definition now a days. People enjoys watching tragedies and other's problems this is the main root for all these mushroom like growing 'channels'.

Yes... On screen they are showing some stolen like that and caught by public. Before giving judgement should analyse at every angle
