I have a four year old and recently I was on vacation with some friends and one of them has a kid and they dont give him food with colorants and it hit me why would you want to feed your child with different food than the one you were use to be feed.

I would not give my kids food with E numbers in. They were hyper enough without. When I was young I think food was less adulterated and the array of things you could get was not as large.

Why would anyone feed a child food that is filled with artificial colors, chemicals, flavorings if they did not have to? There is usually no reason to buy such foods.

My 3 year old granddaughter eats nothing like I did or her parents did. We avoid colorants, preservatives, high fructose corn syrup, and all the other poison they put in the food. Her food is fresh and cooked just before she eats it. Very little processed sugar or simple carbohydrates. She is healthy, smart, alert, and a bit taller than most kids her age. Her brain is sharp and she can think through a problem logically. I'm sure this is due in large part to her diet. That's why I don't want her eating what we used to eat. I want her healthy, happy, and intelligent.

In India, we generally feed them with nice CERELAC food. It will be mixed in warm water and made into a paste. They like it very much This is a baby food exclusively.
