Riba Ukropa Sezama Chernogo Mora - Black Sea Sesame-Dill Fish Fillets

Yield: 6 servings
1 1/2 lb Fish fillets
3/4 c Bread crumbs dry
3/4 ts Dill weed fresh minced
1/2 c Seasme seeds
Salt & pepper to taste
1/3 c Sunflower or Corn oil
1 1/4 c Yogurt plain
Heat oil in a cast iron skillet.
Mix bread crumbs, salt & pepper, dill & sesame seeds together.
Put yogurt into a small bowl & whisk well.
Dip fish into yogurt.
Shake off excess yogurt & dredge in sesame mixture.
Fry fish over a med-heat for 3 mins. per side.
Serve while hot.
