A smile, is such a great word...A sincere smile comes from the heart. A smile can make you look ageless. Thanks for our trained facial muscles. Now, you'll look more youthful. Smile brings out positivity. It invites more positive energy. Smile helps strengthen our immune system. Thus, it best works when we are relaxed. Smile reduces stress. It makes us think clearly. Smile is contagious, because it will surely affect everyone around you. Smile has the power to change our feelings. It makes us feel better. And lastly, smile makes you more attractive, so why dont you smile today...

@lclacambra Yeah you are absolutely right... Laughing or Smiling makes us ageless as from a long period I was tensed and always angry due to which I shouts on family And my mother use to tell me that don't be angry or else you'll look like a old man but I never listened to... And then one day I just got angry on me as I shouted on my mom but that was the day I changed myself from that day to today I talks very pleasantly with others which also made a change me..

You are so right. They say it takes more muscles to frown than it does to smile. Let's keep smiling.

You are right. It takes around 43 facial muscles to frown and 17 facial muscles to smile. So it's better if we keep smiling. God bless

Smile comes naturally and breaks barriers. It has no language. However, we tend to be miserly with what is obviously the best ice-breaker - siva

I have been told I have a nice smile and when I am smiling at someone it makes them want to smile too. Smiles light up our faces and can be catchy if someone is in a grumpy mood and see someone smiling they may do it too or take them out of that mood.

@lclacambra Indeed smiling will make the world a better place. Can heal wounds, relieves pain and forget it. But it doesn't mean you are smiling you are happy. I would say laughter is much better than smiling.

You are right. But I guess, it's clearly stated above..."Benefits of smiling" I would definitely tackle on the "laughter" topic soon. I'll give you an update on that. Keep smiling
