I think it's safe to say that by now most people have fallen off the new year healthy lifestyle wagon. Here are some tips to get you get back on track:
*Drink a bottle of water before every meal.
*Park far away from the store & ditch the elevators.
*Don't bring guilty pleasures into the home; eat ice cream at the parlor.
*Find healthy substitutes.
*Limit sweets, soda, and fried food.
What are some of your health hacks?

I certainly understand! I have a mean sweet tooth and it has wreaked havoc on my teeth and no doubt blood sugar rate. I have found it helpful to find substitutes instead of completely depriving myself. I like sweet potatoes, chocolate almonds yogurt, dried fruit, and so on. For chips I find Popcorners and bagged snapped peas (I forgot the brand) to be awesome. If nothing else, drink more water. Water not only helps flush toxins out of your body but also make it easier for your body to digest (and dispose of) unhealthy foods.
