We encounter many problems in life but can solve a few. We use significant portion of our time and energy trying to cope with problems that never can be solved.
Nobody in the world can solve all problems in their lifetime..Many end their lives struggling with problems.
I think, we can sort out problems on priority basis and try to take care of only those that are likely to be solved and need to be solved. We may exclude those that are out of our power. In this way we can relieve burden and get more quality time.

I once saw a psychotherapist who said that if their's nothing you can do about a problem, then their is no point in worrying about it.
So yes, it's good to only focus on problems that you can fix, and not the one's you can't.

Change what you can change, don't worry about what you can't change, and have the wisdom to know the difference.

Yes l ikei in an emergency the paramedics take care of the worst cases first then sen the ordinary broken bones and cuts to the hospitals
we must see some we cannot remedy so we go to those we ,must remedy and that need solving and we have time to do it.

From my point of you solving problems is not the prior task but facing them happily is... As if we face them in a happy mood then it'll not look difficult a lot..
And we can cope up with it easily
