Good afternoon. What a glorious day that it was. some of you know that I received Two units of blood. The energy have kicked in and feel so much alive. I am back to my old self.Moving around, walking, etc. I loved it.How long will this last. They say about 120 days. When I went to the flea market this morning.Had no problem walking the field. Told Mike I am back for now.You do not realized the energy that I had. Hope it stays awhile.I will be seeing my doctor on Wednesday. This is better than the injection. photo is public domaine

Makes sense. Red blood cells last for about 120 days in our system before being eliminated by the spleen.

I am glad you feel better now. Apart from your medical therapy do you try to improve your nutrition? I hear horse meat is great fro recovery although rare to find. Also liver, nettle and beetroot can be helpful for red blood vessels.

@Alternative4 I used to eat horse meat in the great depression years. When meat were very scarce
