Sunday night dinner.

I have beef stew cooking in the crock pot. A little over two pounds of beef, beef broth,  carrots, potatoes, garlic, onion powder and some other yummy stuff. Im also making garlic bread and throwing a salad together. So filling  and some greens and veggies. Im pretty excited.

I don't blame you for being excited that sounds so delish!!! I ate a while ago with my son. It was something I never did before. And so cheap and simple because it had to be but that is not a bad thing. We had one pack of ramen noodles the chicken ones, with left over chicken thrown into the broth and a can of mixed veggies and wow it was really good. For desert we had a slice of cinnamon toast with sugar and butter each..still not hungry so it was filling.

Beef stew is my favorite thing to make in the crock pot! The beef gets so tender and all the flavors mix together so well. I will have to get some stew beef this week to make some later in the week because now you have me wanting some! lol
