I have internet at home which i pay every month so it is like i am paying to enjoy the wifi. The government in my country has come with many resolutions to help everyone use the internet. We have about 350 wifi hotspots in my country and wifi is even able on the bus ![](/Content/images/emotes/happy.gif)

@Alternative4 No,we always pay out ISP.Of course, some libraries and Hotels have Wifi, which we can make use of.But going there for this alone is not very practical.
