Do you know the art of saying No

Manier times I agree for that work which I don't want to do because someone request me and I fill little bit shame in saying no.. Generally this things happen when the approacher is your relative or close friend.. For me saying no is a hard job.. How do you tackle such situations... Have you an art of saying No. Suggest me

It's a short easy word but it's harsh. Try to soften the action with kinder words like ....I wish I could, but I can't.

There are people we can say no easily (like our own children...sometimes) and there are people we can't say no to... I have the same problem. I can't say no. Usually I will start off by letting that person know in my own way that I don't like it, but if that person keeps pushing then I say yes...

I feel difficult to say it to the closed ones too but sometimes i use sms n Whatsapp to say a NO, if I can't say on face

My hubby wanted to do his own business he wanted to quit the job he then asked me i got agreed for his dream but i really don't wanted my hubby to quit the job...just unable to say "no"
