Is there anyone who ever lost weight by drinking green tea?

I drink green tea early in the morning daily and it helps me maintain my body weight. It's just that I also need to watch what I am eating. It should go together, drink your tea and watch out for fatty foods and other unhealthy food and also if possible find time to do an exercise.

It's a fad like all the others. It does have some health benefits but it won't make any big changes. The next time you see a product claiming to help you lose weight and it sounds easy, run the other way because it's not true. Eat sensibly, exercise, and get enough sleep and you'll lose weight.
A lot of people don't lose weight because they don't get enough sleep, they are up at all hours and are awakened by their phones. Turn the phone off and don't watch tv, work on the computer, or spend time on your phone at least 30 minutes before you go to bed.

Thats a good one..
I started my green tea regime to lose some weight as well but I gave it up in two weeks only so no change for me as such. But they definately say it helps in losing weight.
