Real Peace : Death Or Life

The base need of life, the peace. But, how we attain that ? Would love to know from you all.

If the world decided to destroy and ban the use of arms and their production, gradually we would have peace. If you meant inner peace, there are various techniques. Speaking on my behalf, I usually isolate myself outdoors or listen to some soothing music.
