I am part of the bridal party for a wedding at the end of May and I have to give a speech. So far I have an idea of what I want to say but I just cannot seem to put my thoughts into words. I know it will all come together in the end but for now it is frustrating me!

Speech phobia is considered one among one of the most common phobia among people
But its not a big deal
Just stay cool be natural and don't take people as alien
They are from us.
If you still afraid practice in front of mirror
Happy life
Stay blessed

I understand your frustration. There are several pages of 'I don't really know what I'm doing with that' around here! I'm sure you will get there in the end. If you're stuck, there are always people who can give you a hand. I'm a writer myself but still have times when I need to ask someone else to put my notes together so they make sense. Good luck.

A Singer a really famous one in this Country was very shy and used to practice singing in front of a Mirror all the time.
It worked he said it was what cured him eventually of Stage fright.
If you saw him now you would not believe that he was like that.
Go for it and you can do it.
Just take it easy and practice whichever way you feel better.

Remember that it's a happy occasion and the audience will all be on your side. You will probably know many of them already. Try to view it as an opportunity, not an ordeal. Write a few minutes of what you really want to say and keep refining it until you have the best version, one that you might even look forward to delivering on the Big Day!

You are very brave, to speak in front of alot of people.
Don't worry, just take it easy. For now, just write down what ever you want to say and put them aside. When you think you have enough you then can put them together... All the best.
In the meantime, do you know what you are going to wear yet?

@bailee2 Good. Now you can go back to worry about the speech... Have you finished or still going??
