ALLIGATOR BBQ

I am so looking forward to this sundays BBQ ,This sunday its alligator on the menu
I caught this 2 meter thief early this morning,while he feasting on my neigborgs chickens
A few weeks ago he bit one of my dogs while i was fishing, luckily i had 2 dogs that day , the other one saved him ..he is still recovering.
But this sunday that nasty gator is going on the grill
i usually season this meat with some black pepper , garlic ,salt and lime ..do any of you Mylotters have a better recipe for me

I have never tries gator but I would like to some day. It will be nice to get your revenge when you throw him on the grill.

Wow, gator on the grill,,,You must be a true cajun! I had gator nuggets once..to coin a phrase.."tastes like chicken"
