What do you think about the state of today's music? What genres/artists do you particularly enjoy?

Today's music is not long lasting. You listen to it atleast for 1, 2, or maybe 5 months but then you are need of a certain new music.
We do love new music but it doesn't have long lasting impact on us.
I enjoy listening to various artists especially the new comers, they have such an amazing talent but they should understand that singing is not only about how high you can sing but how melodious or touchy you sound.

I find myself listening to classics more than new music; as you have pointed out, today's music sometimes gives you a sense of temporary satisfaction and then it's ok if you never hear it again.
