Like most foods that taste great, pizza is not good for health.

@Saba1256 It's full of fattening ingredients and no nutritional value at all.

I am not really sure about it but all I know is that whatever too much is not good.

It all depends on the pizza... what is put on it? Is it any worse than a sandwich or a plate of pasta? I don't think so. It also depends on if you're eating a whole pizza by yourself or a few slices.

I hope so, because it's the most-efficient way to get 'a complete meal' into a single-serving (without "Ensure"-ing it or "Thicken It"-ing it in a blender)
Thick crust or thin, veggies or meat toppings, we've got the perfect healthy pizza recipes to please your palate -- plus tips and tricks...

Having pizza is healthy. It is good for health. but you should not have two or three times in a month. Cheese is fattening. Pizza contains cheese. So should not have it every time.
