Yes, if one has delusions, this may be taking imagination to a different destination.

I always thought that a writer has to co-exist or live with the characters he makes, but to a certain limit.
It is very hard to define where is that limit.

@transcendtranquil Aimless dreaming usually consists of over thinking. Isn't it?

@optimisticbeauty I think so. But, if it gets in a way of a normal daily life, it can be quite obnoxious.

I heard about Imagination is the only way that human can cope with reality, and when you develop your imagination you are forcing the universe to follow, its hard to explain but some times when I do have time to try it its kind a sense of putting your self and your senses that you already have it. your body would respond to the new things that your brain works and miracle happen, it just like faith

Its okay to be imaginative , i guess. But too much of anything is not good , as they say, It miss guides us from the reality. we cannot always be in the imaginative world otherwise we will be out of track

It comes to a point when imagination is better option than reality.
Some people think it is bad, others it is good, or just fine.
But, how much it will separate you from the real life, that's a question...

@prashu228 Do you think that most fiction writers have to be a bit dis-balanced to make good stories?
