USELESS MORNING WALK

Good morning beautiful people. I hope you all have a fantastic day ahead.
Today also I started my day energetically with my morning walk but as I am staying with my cousins these days,so one of my cousin is also accompanying me every day. The pair of shoes she was wearing today was not appropriate for her. She got cuts above heels of her right foot and because of it she could not walk easily and I had to also walk slow. So today was a useless one.
How you all started your day? All well?

A brisk walk is a best way to give a head start to the day. It feels amazing to breathe fresh air oxygenating cells.
I woke up at 5 .Went for a hour-long running session. Meditated for 20 mins. Had a power breakfast. Just now , I have completed all of assignments and pending articles.
And finally spending my leisure time productively here on mylot :)

@Nawsheen that's nice but with your dog I guess you must not be doing brisk walking.

As long as you were able to walk, I don't think it was useless. If you had stopped, then that could have been useless. Whether it's slow or fast, it's still exercise.

@optimisticbeauty Any form of walking is an exercise. The most important thing is the distance.

@toniganzon yes no doubt but in order to get results faster you have to do that type of walking that increases your heart rate. So you also do walking?

Yes but slow walking is of no use. That is done by all every day and today was also of short duration also.

I'm also a student. I have seen those late nights and still see . All depends on how you manage your time.

i hope she wears more appropriate shoes next time if she wants to join you. if not, then i guess she wouldn't mind if you walk alone.
