First, you need to eat sensible meals. Stay off the sugars and fat. Watch your calorie intake and drinks lots of water. Exercise is a must too. you cant lose weight just by watching what you are eating.+

Well see i wish i could help you there, the thing is i need to lose weight. I have heard cut out sodas and sugars..
Bread, and startch..
i know you are probably thinking if you know this why not do it.. well i am just lazy and i want my sodas..

thanks you for that suggestion. I love sodas....and its hard for me to drink water.. exercising is hard for me too lol but i know i have to do it. thanks again for commenting.+
