A few days ago i got new neighbors , i did not get a chance to meet them because they only come home at night ( late)
but ever since yesterday i got the feeling that they are watching us ,,, like i should be watching them because they are new , and i lived here for 20 years
Very strange ,maybe i have been watching tomany horror movie`s

dark house , half open window curtains and like somone is sitting in the back of the room , even at at night only porch lights .. very starnge !

@nicevampire Well...who knows. I mean you say it's "like" someone is sitting in the back of the room. But until you actually see them watching you, there doesn't seem to be any evidence of them watching you. I hope they aren't watching you.

My daughter and I have had neighbors like that, too. We have lived in one half of a duplex for roughly 18 years. ALL the neighbors around us have been here for a much shorter amount of time.
I do not mean to be picking on people of any certain color or from any certain country, but there is no other way to explain this to you. Please don't judge me from this....
For the last five years there have been Mexican families moving in and out of two houses near us. One house is catercorner to us and the other house is across the street and one house down from us. We can't go out and do anything in our yard, even walk around or mow without the people in both those houses dragging out lawn chairs and kitchen chairs into their yards and facing our direction to stare at us! It doesn't matter what time of day or what day of the week it is. If we go outside, suddenly we are the circus freaks or something. It bothered both of us so much that we stopped going outside unless we HAD to go outside!
I planted bamboo and pampas grass so they grew into screens that can't be seen through. I planted vines and set up fishing line on the posts of our front porch so the vines blocked the view onto our porch. It is terrible!
We keep to ourselves as much as is possible. We are quiet and very rarely even bother talking to any of the neighbors.
Right now, both those houses are empty. We can finally go out without having to worry about becoming entertainment for them!
What is up with that?

Its normal for you and the neighbours to get curious about each other. Hopefully it is only an innocent curiosity.

Our neighbors the same. I rarely go outside but when I do they all stared at us. And we've been in this neighborhood for 20 years so I'm not sure why when they see us I think they look at us like we are new to the place. My nephew often joke that our neighbor never seen what a real person in real life so they tend to look when ever possible when we go out.
