Do you write reviews?

I'm sure you've heard about the importance of writing reviews. Whether it's for a business, product, or seller; a review is beneficial to people. It not only will draw attention to the person or product, but it'll also help potential customers. I'm the type of person who never left reviews, but then once I became a writer I learned how important book reviews are. So since then I've made it a point to not only write reviews for the books I read, but also for any products I buy. I've bee slacking a bit in leaving reviews, so I'm trying to play catch up because I've got quite a few more to write. Do you write reviews? If so, what do you write reviews for?

Yes. Nearly every day. And I just put out a book of reviews. I started writing book and some movie reviews at a site called Epinions 2001. Epinions is long gone, alas!

I used to write reviews for almost everything I bought and used at Epinions.com. I earned up to $200 a month from them. Since they shut down, I've stopped.

@JohnRoberts That's a huge problem with reviews. Even though it's beneficial for the product, many people don't read them.

I don't really write reviews. Although I probably should, it's not something that I've had the chance to do much. I might try and do it more often though.

@TheInvisibleMan What type of information do you include in your movie reviews? Also, are they mainly positive or negative?

@TheInvisibleMan It's good that you point out positive stuff in your reviews. Most of the time people tend to be negative in their reviews.

@dramagirl26 Script, direction, cast, technical effects (sound, editing, visual effects). I always try to extract the most of positive things.
