Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Home and Business 2016 have always problem in the new computers

In my experience i always encounter system freezes in windows 10 especially in the new laptops and the Microsoft office Business and Home edition always freeze in multiple spreadsheets especially when there is a lot of computation.Is there something could Microsoft do to fix this things that are happening to their software. I always ending up to return to the supplier and replace the unit.
