I'm such a bigger fan of Linux than of Windows

My husband is the one who suggested for months that I switch to Linux and give it a shot. I'm pretty brand loyal when it comes to certain things, but I was unhappy with Windows' constant updates and laggy performance (this on a new Windows 10 laptop, mind). So I caved and installed Ubuntu instead. I've had it now for about a month and am loving it so far. It's so lightweight, but still doesn't skimp on the interface design or simplicity. It's MUCH faster now than it was, and I certainly needn't worry about my data being constantly mined by Microsoft. I don't know why I always thought Linux was a text-based interface. LOL
