Should Marijuana be legal?

As people were saying, it is not legal in USA. I am not sure if it should be legal as it seems like it is very addictive and people love to just smoke it. And I don't think it is good for your body to do that. Pablo

I dont care either way. I know it would be safer then alchol. I have never heard of someone killing someone that was high off pot. Only thing someone that was stoned would kill is a huge cheeseburger. LOL I dont use any of it. I did when I was younger and all I dont was sat and stare at a wall and eat frozen french fries.
