What a wonder that will make to your health. I think it helps to start with fruits and veggies you already like. Too many times we try to force ourselves to eat yucky stuff and that's why we don't stick with it? What F & V do you like?

@magnumopus I need to get reacquainted with squash; I haven't had it for some time and I'm having a fruit and veggie only day today- even though I just had one starburst courtesy of my daughter lol.
