Please, could anyone tell me what "Sd." probably means here? Certified true copy by (Sd.)

I came to the same conclusion as @writerjo. I believe that it is an abbreviation for "Signed", in other words, the copy has been certified as a true copy of the original by someone.

@Florarunning I would have said that "Sgd" was commoner but it may vary depending on the country.
